How quickly can I expect my support questions to be answered?

Support center is manned Monday through Friday from 8:30am through 6pm EST. Support tickets are reviewed by our team and are usually responded to within a few hours after the user creates a support ticket with our support center. The support desk is monitored on weekends and holidays.

How can I create a support ticket?

You can create a support ticket by login into our Support Center using your assigned username and password, or by calling our support center at 1-877-297-8997.

What if I have an emergency and require telephone support right away?

In case of emergency (ex. server down) you can call your assigned IT consultant or our support center at 1-877-297-8997.


Compu City offers a wide range of warranty options for your PCs, Servers, dependent on the machine type and base warranty. Options are available at the time of purchase or within the original base warranty coverage.

Warranty Extensions are available for periods of up to five years (depending on your system) giving you the opportunity to match service coverage duration with the expected lifecycle of your PC(s)
